The study of the Kaon to gain understanding of the fundamental
structures of particle physics continues to be important.   The proposed
Project-X at Fermilab offers new possibilities for the continuation of
the studies of Kaon physics.  An overview of those possibilities and how
they might be carried out will be discussed.
