Several hints of new physics have emerged in the the analysis of Bd and Bs physics. I will discuss inconsistencies in the fit of sin(2beta), Vub and EpsilonK, the very large Bs mixing phase extracted from the time-dependent CP asymmetry in Bs -> J/Psi Phi and the CP asymmetries in neutral and charged B -> K pi decays. I will focus, in particular, on the theoretical assumptions on which these results are based.
