I will review the current status of unpolarized strange hadrons production in neutrino interactions recorded by various experiments. Also I will consider polarization phenomena studied by experiments with beams of charged leptons and (anti)neutrino: polarization of Lambda and anti-Lambda, spin alignment of K* mesons and give their importance for understanding of spin transfer mechanisms and intrinsic nucleon strangeness all related to the proton spin puzzle. Finally, some perspectives of future experiments will be discussed.
